Job description: A Solution Engineer will work with product & solution teams to design and develop end-to-end solutions and reference architectures. As a key competency, a SE will solution design and help teams execute the technical implementation for digital cloud initiatives in LATAM. Deliver solution that aligns with the customer’s business needs and requirements (discuss benefits and risks). Developing and maintaining relationships with key technical contacts within the country, region and globally and becoming a trusted adviser to the development teams and groups within the country and region. Work together with development leads to successfully deliver a project. Provide recommendation, guidance and hands-on assistance to other solution development and deployment to team members. Assist in the development of detailed project specifications and implementation plans.

Work modality: Hybrid 1 day a week in the office for people from GBA and CABA and those from the interior have to come to the office two or 3 times a year (mostly remote).
