You will be part of a highly-skilled support engineering team from a fast-growing SecurityContainer-based software company. This is a remote job. With a shift between 1:30 AM to 10:30 AM,shift night.
? Provide solutions to Enterprise customers issues trough support cases and screensharing meetings
? Replicate customer environments for testing purposes
? Troubleshoot issues reported by customers
? Understand customer’s needs and set expectations accordingly.
? Find, reproduce and report bugs to the development team
? One year of experience in customer support roles
? Speak fluent English
? Troubleshooting skills
? Customer service skills
? Linux system administration skills
? Scripting (Bash, Powershell, python)
Having one or more of these skills is a plus:
? Experience in application support roles
? Experience in Docker and/or Containers in general
? Windows system administrator skills
Upper intermediate/Advanced english is requiered!
